Aerimy Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to feel truly comfortable and at ease in your aerimy pieces. Our philosophy is rooted in natural movement and organic comfort, and this extends to your shopping experience.
This policy is designed to ensure transparency and provides clear guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges, including orders placed under special promotional offers, to create a smooth and mindful process for our community.
1. Your Time to Decide
We understand that finding the right fit is essential. You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or report any issue with a product.
To ensure a smooth process and maintain the integrity of our items, returned products must be:

Unused, unwashed, and free from signs of wear or damage;

In perfect condition;

Include all original tags fixed, accessories, and original packaging intact.
2. Mindful Promotions (Free Items)
For promotional offers such as "Buy 1, Get [X] Free" or "Buy [X], Get [Y] Free," the promotional items are a benefit provided free of charge. They represent a gift to our community and do not have individual commercial value.
Therefore:

Our standard product guarantees apply exclusively to the paid item(s);

Free items do not carry individual guarantee coverage and are not eligible for individual exchanges or refunds;

If you choose to return your order for a refund, all free items must also be returned. Retaining free items while requesting a refund for the paid item is not permitted.
3. Addressing Defects
Our commitment is to provide you with quality, durable pieces. If you believe your aerimy piece is defective, please connect with us.
3.1 Defects in the Paid Item
If the paid item is confirmed to be defective:

Our standard solution will be a complimentary replacement of the paid item with the same product;

If a replacement is declined, at aerimy’s discretion, we may offer store credit or a partial refund for the value of the paid item.

A maximum of one replacement item will be sent per promotional order.
3.2 Defects in Promotional (Free) Items
Free items provided as a promotional benefit do not carry individual guarantee coverage, as they do not represent a paid value. Therefore:

aerimy is not obligated to provide a replacement, refund, new product shipment, or store credit for free items.

Any request related to defective free items will be reviewed solely at our discretion and constitutes a goodwill commercial gesture only.
3.3 Multiple Items
If more than one item in the same promotional order is found to be defective, we will review the order as a whole to find a balanced solution (replacement, store credit, or partial refund), subject to evaluation.
4. Returns Due to Regret or Preference
While we hope you love your pieces, if they did not meet your expectations or you changed your mind, please know that full-order returns apply for promotional offers.
As free items do not have individual commercial value in these promotions:

Customers may not retain free items while returning paid items;

No partial refunds will be issued for parts of a promotional package.
5. Simple Refunds
When applicable, approved refunds are issued exclusively for the value of the paid item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval and receipt of the returned items.
6. Caring for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For promotional orders, we do not provide prepaid return labels.
To ensure your return is accepted and processed, we require using a valid tracking method. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without proof of tracking.
7. Replacement Guidelines
Regardless of the reason, a maximum of one replacement item will be sent per promotional order. Free items do not entitle customers to multiple additional shipments.
8. Alternate Mindful Solutions
In certain situations—particularly regarding dissatisfaction, regret, or personal preference—aerimy may offer, at its sole discretion, a thoughtful alternative solution aimed at your well-being and avoiding the hassle of returns.
This goodwill offer may include:

Shipment of one alternative product, chosen by you, at no additional cost;

Allowing you to retain the originally received product, with no return required.
This option:

Does not grant an automatic right to a refund;

Does not apply to repeated or abusive requests;

Is limited to one additional item per order.
Acceptance of this mindful solution by the customer shall be considered final resolution of the case.
